What services do you provide?
We can provide service staff which include kitchen staff, bartenders and waitstaff. We can also provide assistance in planning and ordering your rental needs and bar supplies.
How much will my event cost?
Each event is customized to each Client’s particular needs and desires. Prices vary according to many factors: Menu items chosen, type of service (buffet, sit down, or drop off), location, season and Client’s budget. A quote will be given after an initial consultation, either in person or by phone. Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A $1000 nonrefundable deposit is required to book the date of your wedding and other large events. For weddings and larger events, final payment and guest count are due 10 days prior to the event date. All other events are due on the day of the event. If a cancellation occurs with less than 10 days, the Client will be billed at full cost of the event.
What do your price quotes include?
Our quotes are all inclusive. When we quote a price it includes food, labor, and PA state sales tax. There are not any additional fees. If you are pleased with your experience, you are welcome to show your appreciation with a tip.
How do your bartending services work?
According to Pennsylvania state law, a liquor license is required for resale of liquor. This allows you to purchase your own alcohol and our RAMP-certified bartenders will serve it. We are incredibly helpful in making recommendations for planning and purchasing.
