Ben Marzo is the kitchen executive of the Food Guy Catering Company, located in Williamsport, PA. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ben is an incredible resource in event planning. Ben earned a bachelors degree in Restaurant and Hospitality management from Mercyhurst College. He also achieved a masters degree in school business leadership from Wilkes University. Ben has managed restaurants and has also been a food service director. As the director of hospitality for his church, Ben and his team of volunteers served 2 free weekly community dinners for 275 people. His heart of service and easy going personality shine through when he is in the kitchen.
Jess Marzo is the smiling face out front who attends to the details of your event. Jess has been working in the food industry since she was 13 years old. She shares Ben’s heart of hospitality as she works directly with guests. Jess’s presentation skills make Ben’s delicious food look as good as it tastes. Dr. Marzo has earned degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Bucknell University, and Elizabethtown College. She also works in schools serving local children and families. Together, this husband/wife team is professional and prepared. They truly care about their customers and it is their pleasure to serve you.
