I used The Food Guy Catering for an outdoor event over the 4th of July Holiday weekend. Planning with Ben was smooth and easy; and a change in the number of guests and time for set-up was confirmed with no hesitancy on his part only days before the event. The food was plentiful and enjoyed by all. Jess and helpers were lovely to interact with at set-up. I would use them again and will recommend to others.
