Ben worked with us to meet our needs for our particular wedding experience and the food was just perfect! Simple yet elegant and we had nothing but praises from our guests about the food. Even with a large crowd of about 200 he was able to handle the greater demands that accompany such a large crowd. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for delicious food to be served at any type of gathering. Thank you Ben!
